Description

This track shows the Mapping Coverage for each base of the consensus when all hg38 instances of that repeat type are mapped to it. You can use it to get a sense for what parts of the consensus are most represented by all of the genomic instances.

Methods

A psl file of the mappings between the consensus was genereated and turned into a coverage track as part of the buildLiftOver step of the Repeat Browser.
